Your trust is the most important thing to us. This statement assures you that we handle the personal memories and family photos entrusted to us with the highest level of care and discretion.

1. Handling of Your Family Photos

The digital or physical photos you provide remain your exclusive property. We guarantee that:

• We will **never transfer the received photos to third parties** under any circumstances.
• We will **not upload the photos to any public or private online storage**, server, or cloud service (except for a secure transfer channel agreed upon with you).
• We fully respect the personal nature of the pictures and **will not misuse them** in any way.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

We proceed as follows upon completion of the project:

• **Photo Deletion:** Following the final handover and acceptance of the finished film, we will **permanently and irreversibly delete all original photos and working files** from our systems.
• **Archiving the Finished Film (Your Backup):** We will retain the finished animated film (but not the photos!) in a secure, offline archive. We do this solely for your benefit: if your copy is ever lost or damaged, you can retrieve it from us.
• **Archiving Deletion Upon Request:** Although we do not recommend it, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of the archived film at any time. We will execute this immediately upon a simple email request.

3. Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)

We are proud of our completed creations, but the sanctity of your private life is more important. Therefore:

• We will **never publish anything** from the finished film or its details on Facebook, Instagram, or our website **without your prior, written permission**.
• We request separate permission for every single publication. If you do not consent, the film will remain private forever.

4. Contact Form

The data provided on the contact form found on the page (which is managed by the Formspree service) (name, email address, message) will be used solely for the purpose of contact and fulfilling the order. This data is also treated confidentially and will not be transferred to third parties.
